Contact your administrator for more information.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You must have an admin account to manage and set user roles in groups belonging to your organization<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can assign the following roles when creating a user account for your organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Admin<\/strong> : can perform all management operations such as user operations, user authorizations, creating policies, common space operations and license assignments belonging to the organization.<\/li><li><strong>End user :<\/strong> can perform user activities belonging to the organization within the assigned licenses and granted authorizations.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Assigning User Roles<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Only admins can assign and edit user roles<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Go to <a href=\"https:\/\/login.narbulut.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">login.narbulut.com<\/a>, and then <a href=\"https:\/\/login.narbulut.com\/cloud\/my\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Narbulut nDocs Workspace<\/a> area.<\/li><li>Click on your name at the top right and select your <img decoding=\"async\" width=\"22\" height=\"17\" class=\"wp-image-35982\" style=\"width: 22px;\" src=\"https:\/\/narbulut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/admin-account.png\" alt=\"\">Admin account.<\/li><li>Click on the <img decoding=\"async\" width=\"22\" height=\"15\" class=\"wp-image-35285\" style=\"width: 22px;\" src=\"https:\/\/narbulut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Menu-icon.png\" alt=\"\">Menu icon at the top left.<\/li><li>Click on <img decoding=\"async\" width=\"22\" height=\"20\" class=\"wp-image-35287\" style=\"width: 22px;\" src=\"https:\/\/narbulut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Organization-icon.png\" alt=\"\">Organization, then <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-36000\" style=\"width: 22px;\" src=\"https:\/\/narbulut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/user.svg\" alt=\"\">Users.<\/li><li>Click on <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"22\" height=\"23\" class=\"wp-image-35291\" style=\"width: 22px;\" src=\"https:\/\/narbulut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Add-button.png\" alt=\"\">Add button.<\/li><li>6. Enter required info and then, click on next or <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"22\" height=\"23\" class=\"wp-image-36020\" style=\"width: 22px;\" src=\"https:\/\/narbulut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Roles-tab-icon.png\" alt=\"\">Roles tab.<\/li><li>Enable<strong> Add admin user<\/strong> or <strong>Add EndUser<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Click on <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Assigning a role to a user is a delicate process, make sure that the assigned roles are correct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Editing User Roles<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Only admins can assign and edit user roles<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Go to <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/login.narbulut.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">login.narbulut.com<\/a>, and then <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/login.narbulut.com\/cloud\/my\" target=\"_blank\">Narbulut nDocs Workspace<\/a> area.<\/li><li>Click on your name at the top right and select your <img decoding=\"async\" width=\"22\" height=\"17\" class=\"wp-image-35982\" style=\"width: 22px;\" src=\"https:\/\/narbulut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/admin-account.png\" alt=\"\">Admin account.<\/li><li>Click on the <img decoding=\"async\" width=\"22\" height=\"15\" class=\"wp-image-35285\" style=\"width: 22px;\" src=\"https:\/\/narbulut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Menu-icon.png\" alt=\"\">Menu icon at the top left.<\/li><li>Click on <img decoding=\"async\" width=\"22\" height=\"20\" class=\"wp-image-35287\" style=\"width: 22px;\" src=\"https:\/\/narbulut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Organization-icon.png\" alt=\"\">Organization, then <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-36000\" style=\"width: 22px;\" src=\"https:\/\/narbulut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/user.svg\" alt=\"\">Users.<\/li><li>Hover over the user you want to edit.
