Contact your administrator for more information.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You must have an <a href=\"https:\/\/narbulut.com\/en\/docs\/narbulut-kullanici-rolleri\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">admin<\/a> account to manage, add and delete groups belonging to your organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Organizations can use Narbulut User Groups for activities such as:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Users with similar business lines.<\/li><li>Users working in the same department.<\/li><li>Management users.<\/li><li>Users need to work together on common folders and files.<\/li><li>Users who need to work together on projects.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Creating Group<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Only admins can create groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Go to <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/login.narbulut.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">login.narbulut.com<\/a>, and then <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/login.narbulut.com\/cloud\/my\" target=\"_blank\">Narbulut nDocs Workspace<\/a> area.<\/li><li>Click on your name at the top right and select your <img decoding=\"async\" width=\"23\" height=\"18\" class=\"wp-image-35982\" style=\"width: 23px;\" src=\"https:\/\/narbulut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/admin-account.png\" alt=\"\">Admin account.<\/li><li>Click on the <img decoding=\"async\" width=\"23\" height=\"16\" class=\"wp-image-35285\" style=\"width: 23px;\" src=\"https:\/\/narbulut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Menu-icon.png\" alt=\"\">Menu icon at the top left.<\/li><li>Click on <img decoding=\"async\" width=\"24\" height=\"22\" class=\"wp-image-35287\" style=\"width: 24px;\" src=\"https:\/\/narbulut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Organization-icon.png\" alt=\"\">Organization, then <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-37511\" style=\"width: 24px;\" src=\"https:\/\/narbulut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/users.svg\" alt=\"\">Groups.<\/li><li>Click on the <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"23\" height=\"25\" class=\"wp-image-35291\" style=\"width: 23px;\" src=\"https:\/\/narbulut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Add-button.png\" alt=\"\">Add button.<\/li><li>Enter the required info and define the group settings.<\/li><li>Click on <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If you&#8217;re signed in with a work or school account, the menu and options you see in your account may differ.
