Click on <strong>Add New<\/strong> on top left.<\/li><li>Select the office file <img decoding=\"async\" width=\"21\" height=\"25\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-35396\" src=\"https:\/\/narbulut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/word-document-icon.png\" alt=\"\" style=\"width: 21px;\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"21\" height=\"26\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-35398\" src=\"https:\/\/narbulut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/excel-document-icon.png\" alt=\"\" style=\"width: 21px;\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"21\" height=\"25\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-35401\" src=\"https:\/\/narbulut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/powerpoint-document-icon.png\" alt=\"\" style=\"width: 21px;\">you want to create from the drop-down menu.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Saving Files<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>In Narbulut nDocs Workspace, your files are saved as you type. You do not need the save button. If you want to use the <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-35403\" src=\"https:\/\/narbulut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/save-button-for-office-files.png\" alt=\"\" style=\"width: 22px;\">save button anyways, it is located on the left side of the top menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Viewing Files<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>To view the files that you have created or opened on any computer, and other documents such as Microsoft Word, Excel or PowerPoint Files:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Go to <a href=\"https:\/\/login.narbulut.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">login.narbulut.com<\/a>, open <a href=\"https:\/\/login.narbulut.com\/cloud\/my\">Narbulut nDocs Workspace<\/a> main page.<\/li><li>Find your documents under <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-35939\" style=\"width: NaNpx;\" src=\"https:\/\/narbulut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/My-Files.svg\" alt=\"\"><strong>My Files<\/strong> or&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-35926\" style=\"width: 21px;\" src=\"https:\/\/narbulut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Common-Space.svg\" alt=\"\"><strong>Common Spaces<\/strong> menus.<\/li><li>Click on the document, table, or presentation you want to view.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tip:<\/strong> If you share your document with another user, you will see simultaneously the changes that user makes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Renaming Files<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>A newly created document, table or presentation, the file is saved with the name given by you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To rename the file when needed for any reason:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Right-click on the file you want to rename.<\/li><li>Select <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-35928\" style=\"width: 21px;\" src=\"https:\/\/narbulut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Rename.svg\" alt=\"\"><strong>Rename<\/strong> from the menu that opens.<\/li><li>Enter the new name for the file.<\/li><li>Click on the <strong>Update <\/strong>button or <strong>Enter<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tip:<\/strong> If you share your document with another user, you will see simultaneously the changes that user makes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Creating a Copy for a File<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Go to <a href=\"https:\/\/login.narbulut.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">login.narbulut.com<\/a>, open <a href=\"https:\/\/login.narbulut.com\/cloud\/my\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Narbulut nDocs Workspace<\/a> main page.<\/li><li>Right-click on the file you want to copy.<\/li><li>Click on <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-35930\" style=\"width: 21px;\" src=\"https:\/\/narbulut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/copy.svg\" alt=\"\"><strong>Copy<\/strong> in the menu that opens.<\/li><li>Select the folder to copy your file.<\/li><li>To finish the process, click on <strong>Copy<\/strong> button.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Downloading a Copy of the File<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Go to <a href=\"https:\/\/login.narbulut.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">login.narbulut.com<\/a>, open <a href=\"https:\/\/login.narbulut.com\/cloud\/my\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Narbulut nDocs Workspace<\/a> main page.<\/li><li>Right-click on the file you want to download.<\/li><li>Click on <strong>Download<\/strong> in the drop-down menu or Click on the <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-35919\" style=\"width: 22px;\" src=\"https:\/\/narbulut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/download-on-the-right.svg\" alt=\"\">download icon on the right side of the document.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tip: <\/strong>To download a PDF version of an office document in Narbulut nDocs Workspace:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Go to <a href=\"https:\/\/login.narbulut.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">login.narbulut.com<\/a>, open <a href=\"https:\/\/login.narbulut.com\/cloud\/my\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Narbulut nDocs Workspace<\/a> main page.<\/li><li>Right-click on the file you want to download a pdf version.<\/li><li>Click on <strong>Save as PDF <\/strong>in the drop-down menu.<\/li><\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Would you like to use Narbulut nDocs Workspace more and more efficiently for your business, school or personal use?
