E-mail Backup #

With Narbulut Backup Now, you can back up your Outlook .pst files and restore them quickly and easily whenever you need.

E-mail Backup via Narbulut Backup Now Agent #

1. Open the Narbulut Backup Now Agent on your computer.
2. Click on E-mail Backup from the left menu.
3. Select the PST files you want to back up from the list.
4. Click on Add on the right.

Backing up E-mails Manually by Crating Policy #

1. Go to login.narbulut.com on your computer or mobile device.
2. Click on user profile in the top right and switch to Admin account.
3. Click on icon at the top left. In the menu that opens, click on Backup Now and then Policies.
4. Add New Policy and check “User can set Outlook backup” option.
5. Select “Outlook Backup Method” as “Manual”.
6. Select the “Outlook Backup Period” a time suitable for the PST file size.
7. Assign the policy to the user groups that you want to apply to.

Backing up E-mails Automatically by Creating Policy #

1. Go to login.narbulut.com on your computer or mobile device.
2. Click on user profile in the top right and switch to Admin account.
3. Click on icon at the top left. In the menu that opens, click on Backup Now and then Policies.
4. Add New Policy and check “User can set Outlook backup” option.
5. Select “Outlook Backup Method” as “Auto”.
6. Select the “Outlook Backup Period” a time suitable for the PST file size.
7. Assign the policy to the user groups that you want to apply to.

**Notes:

1. If you choose the manual backup method, you need to select the PST files you want to back up in the “E-Mail Backup” menu from the Backup Now agent.
2. If you choose the automatic backup method, the Backup Now agent will automatically back up all PST files on your device.
