You can copy and paste text and images between your files, even if you switch from one file type to another.

Using The Right-Click Menu or Keyboard Shortcuts #

You can copy and paste with the right-click menu, but for security reasons, some browsers do not allow web applications (such as Docs, Spreadsheets, and Presentation files) to use your computer’s clipboard via menus.

To copy and paste:

• You can use keyboard shortcuts.
• You can use right-click menu
• You can copy, cut or paste by using icons from the top toolbar on the home tab.

You can use keyboard shortcuts to copy, cut or paste:

• PC: To copy Ctrl + c, to cut Ctrl + x and to paste Ctrl + v.
• Mac: To copy ⌘ + c, to cut ⌘ + x and to paste ⌘ + v.

Other Paste Options #

Copying and Pasting Charts #

1. Go to login.narbulut.com, open a spreadsheet in Narbulut nDocs Workspace.
2. Right-click on the chart.
3. Click on Copy chart.
4. To paste the chart right-click on where you want to paste then click on Paste.

Cloning Text Formatting #

You can clone the formatting of text, cells or an object with the clone formatting tool.

1. Go to login.narbulut.com, open a document, sheet or presentation in Narbulut nDocs Workspace.
2. Select the text, cell range or object that you want to clone.
3. Click on Clone formatting icon in the toolbar.
4. Select the content to apply the clone formatting.
5. The formatting changes to your cloned format.
