To manage your files in Narbulut nDocs Workspace, you can create folders so that files can be easily found and shared with other users.
Creating, Moving and Copying Files #
Creating Folder #
- Go to login.narbulut.com, and then Narbulut nDocs Workspace area.
- Click on Add New at the top left, then
New Folder.
- Enter a name for folder.
- Click on Save.
Moving File or Folder #
You can move items from anywhere in Narbulut nDocs Workspace.
- Go to login.narbulut.com, and then Narbulut nDocs Workspace area.
- Right-click on the item you want to move.
- Click on
Move icon.
- Select a destination folder and then click on Move.
Dragging Folder to Move #
- Go to login.narbulut.com, and then Narbulut nDocs Workspace area.
- Click and hold the item you want to move.
- Move and drop the item into the folder.
Making Copy of a File or Folder #
- Go to login.narbulut.com, and then Narbulut nDocs Workspace area.
- Right-click on the file or folder you want to copy.
- Click on
Copy icon.
- Select a destination folder and then click on Copy.
Deleting File or Folder #
- Go to login.narbulut.com, and then Narbulut nDocs Workspace area.
- Right-click on the file or folder you want to delete.
- Click on
Delete.
You can restore an item that you accidentally sent to the trash.
