Incorrect email address or password (Error Code: AG-1187-1) #

Error Message: “Incorrect email address or password!”

Explanation: No records were found matching the entered user credentials.

Solution:

For Admins:

If an end user of your organization is unable to log in;

1. On your computer, go to https:// login.narbulut.com. Log in with your user credentials.
2. From the Organization > Users menu, select the user you want to send a password reset mail to and click on the button.
3. Click on the “Reset Password” button. 

A password reset mail will be sent to the user.

For End Users:

Method 1 :

1. Click on the “Forgot Password” button on the agent login screen.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Click on the “Reset Password” button.

A password reset mail will be sent to your email address.

Method 2:

Contact your system administrator.
