If you’re signed in with a work or school account, the menu and options you see in your account may differ. Contact your administrator for more information.
You must have an admin account to manage licenses belonging to your organization and purchase new licenses to assign.
The license types are as follows:
- Backup Now License: It is a license to back up the data on your computers or servers to Narbulut environment.
- nDocs Workspace License: It is a license for common spaces activities in nDocs Workspace.
- nDocs User License: It is a license for additional users for common spaces in nDocs.
- nDocs Worspace – User Licenses: It is a license of personal space in nDocs Workspace.
Assigning License to End User #
Only admins can assign licenses to end users.
- Go to login.narbulut.com, and then Narbulut nDocs Workspace area.
- Click on your name at the top right and select your
Admin account.
- Click on the
Menu icon at the top left.
- Click on
License, then
License Transactions.
- Click on
License Assignment Transactions button.
- Select user then select an appropriate assignable license.
- Click on Assign Selected License.
Note: To see the statuses of all licenses belonging to your organization, Click on Dashboard under the
License Menu.
Cancelling or Rolling Back an Assigned License #
You may have assigned wrong license to a user in your organization or your employee may have quit the job. In such cases, you can rollback that license and you can assign it to another user.
- Go to login.narbulut.com, and then Narbulut nDocs Workspace area.
- Click on your name at the top right and select your
Admin account.
- Click on the
Menu icon at the top left.
- Click on
License, then
License Transactions.
- Select the license you want to rollback. Click on Other Actions button from the top.
- Click on Rollback selected license.
Note: To see the statuses of all licenses belonging to your organization, Click on Dashboard under the
License Menu.
Viewing Assigned Licenses #
- Go to login.narbulut.com, and then Narbulut nDocs Workspace area.
- Click on your name at the top right and select your
Admin account.
- Click on the
Menu icon at the top left.
- Click on
License, then
License Transactions.
- Click on
Filter Organization.
- Select user from top.
- If you do not see the results automatically, click on
Filter.

License Menu.
