You can delete files and folders from Narbulut nDocs Workspace screens.
Move a File or Folder to Trash #
To remove a file or folder you can move it to Trash. Your file or folder will stay in till your trash is emptied.
If you delete files or folders from Common Spaces these are moved to admin’s trash. Only admin can empty Common Spaces’ trash, or restore files from it.
- Go to login.narbulut.com, open Narbulut nDocs Workspace main page.
- Right-click on the file you want to delete.
- Click on
Delete in the drop-down menu or
Delete icon on the right side.
- Deleted files and folders are moved to
Trash.
If you delete a file or folder from your personal workspace My Files, that item is moved to Trash. Deleted items are stored here for 60 days. Within this period, you can restore these items, to restore; right-click on the file or folder and then click on
Restore. You can view that file or folder in its original location.
If you delete files and folders from Common Spaces within your authorization, only admin can perform the above operations.
Restoring Files Deleted by You as an End User #
If you delete a file, you can restore it from Trash within 60 days.
Restoring From Individual Trash #
- Go to login.narbulut.com, and then go
Trash.
- Tip: You can sort files by deletion date to find easily in the Trash.
- Right-click on the file you want to restore.
- Right-click on the file you want to restore and then click on
Restore or hover over the item you want to restore and click on
Restore icon on the right.
- You can view the restored file in its original location. If the original location of the file no longer exists check on
My Files.
