File Not Backed Up Report #
Explanation:
This report shows that there has been no file activity in the folders followed by the indicated users for a long time. If you think there is no activity in these folders, you can ignore it. The report here is sent for the followed folders only.
If there is no versioning in the followed folders of any user linked to your organization for 2 days, it starts to be sent and continues until an activity takes place and the files are versioned.
Checks to be made:
- Go to https://login.narbulut.com on your computer. Log in with your user information.
- Find the relevant user in the Products > Backup Now > Installations menu.
- Check the connection status of Narbulut Backup Now agent with Narbulut servers from the “Connection Status” column of the installation. If there is no connection, check the following:
- Make sure that the device on which the agent is installed is turned on and connected to the Internet.
- Make sure that the “Narbulut Backup Now Audit Service” service is in the “Running” state.
- Make sure that the “Service Status:” information in the agent interface is “Running”.
- You can check the followed folders and their last update statuses from the Installation Details > Monitored Folder Index menu.
