SQL Versions Report #
Explanation:
This report shows the number of backups per day of the databases that the indicated users have taken to the backup list in their SQL backup tasks.
Checks to be made:
If the database backup numbers are not as expected, the following checks should be made:
- Go to https://login.narbulut.com on your computer. Log in with your user information.
- Find the relevant user in the Products > Backup Now > Installations menu.
- Check the connection status of Narbulut Backup Now agent with Narbulut servers from the “Connection Status” column of the installation. If there is no connection, check the following:
- Make sure that the device on which the agent is installed is turned on and connected to the Internet.
- Make sure that the “Narbulut Backup Now Audit Service” service is in the “Running” state.
- Make sure that the “Service Status:” information in the agent interface is “Running”.
- Enter the Installation Details > SQL Tasks menu. Check the last error messages of databases that have received errors in the “Last Task Detail” menu.
