Users Who Couldn’t Connect for 4 Days or More Report #
Explanation:
This report shows that the indicated users have not been able to connect to Narbulut servers since the relevant date. When any user linked to your organization cannot connect to Narbulut servers for 4 days, it starts to be sent and continues until the problem is resolved.
Checks to be made:
- Go to https://login.narbulut.com on your computer. Log in with your user information.
- Find the relevant user in the Products > Backup Now > Installations menu.
- Check the connection status of Narbulut Backup Now agent with Narbulut servers from the “Connection Status” column of the installation. If there is no connection, check the following:
- Make sure that the device on which the agent is installed is turned on and connected to the Internet.
- Make sure that the “Narbulut Backup Now Audit Service” service is in the “Running” state.
- Make sure that the “Service Status:” information in the agent interface is “Running”.
