Checking The Connection Status of Devices #

With the Narbulut management panel, you can control the connection status of all your devices from a single screen.

1. Go to login.narbulut.com on your computer or mobile device.
2. Click on user profile in the top right and switch to Admin account.
3. Click on icon at the top left. In the menu that opens, click on Backup Now and then Installations.
4. All your devices that Backup Now Agent is installed are listed.

You can check:

• Connection status of devices
• Version of Agent
• Ransomware detected devices
• Quota status
• License info
• Active / Passive installations

Checking Folder Backup Status #

With the Narbulut management panel, you can remotely control the SQL backup status of your devices from a single screen.

1. Go to login.narbulut.com on your computer or mobile device.
2. Click on user profile in the top right and switch to Admin account.
3. Click on icon at the top left. In the menu that opens, click on Backup Now and then Installations.
4. Find the device you want to check.
5. Click on Detail button to check the device you want.
6. Click on “Monitored Folder Index” tab.

You can check:

• Monitored directories.
• Folder creation time
• Update time

Checking E-mail Backup Status #

With the Narbulut management panel, you can remotely control the e-mail backup status of your devices from a single screen.

1. Go to login.narbulut.com on your computer or mobile device.
2. Click on user profile in the top right and switch to Admin account.
3. Click on icon at the top left. In the menu that opens, click on Backup Now and then Installations.
4. Find the device you want to check.
5. Click on Detail button to check the device you want.
6. Click on “Outlook Backups” tab.

You can check:

• Backed up PST files
• Creation time
• Update time
• Size of the files

Checking Database Backup Status #

1. Go to login.narbulut.com on your computer or mobile device.
2. Click on user profile in the top right and switch to Admin account.
3. Click on icon at the top left. In the menu that opens, click on Backup Now and then Installations.
4. Find the device you want to check.
5. Click on Detail button with the icon to check the device you wanted.
6. Click on “SQL Files” tab.

You can check:

• Backed up databases
• Update time
• Size of the files
• Last backup status
• Current backup status
