Restoring with Backup Now Agent #

In case of data loss on your computers or servers, you can restore your data with the Narbulut Backup Now Agent.

Restoring Files and Folders #

1. Open the Narbulut Backup Now Agent on your computer.
2. Click on Version Management from the left menu.
3. Right-click on the folder you want to restore.
4. Click on “Restore Folder”
5. Select the time and destination path you want to restore.
6. Click on “Restore” button.

**Not: To see the restore status click on icon under the “Options” menu.

Restoring E-mail Files #

1. Open the Narbulut Backup Now Agent on your computer.
2. Click on E-Mail Backup from the left menu.
3. Double-Click on PST file you want to restore from the “Versioned Outlook Files” section.
4. Select the version you want to restore and the path you want restore to.
5. Click on “Download” button.

**Not: To see the restore status click on icon under the “Options” menu.

Restoring Databases #

1. Open the Narbulut Backup Now Agent on your computer.
2. Click on SQL Backup from the left menu.
3. Double-Click on Database you want to restore under the “Databases Being Backed Up” section.
4. Select the version you want to restore and the path you want restore to.
5. Click on “Download” button.

**Not: To see the restore status click on icon under the “Options” menu.

Restoring via Narbulut Web Panel #

In case of data loss on your computers or servers, you can download your data on any device via Narbulut web panel.

Restoring Files and Folders #

1. Go to login.narbulut.com on your computer or mobile device.
2. Click on icon at the top left. In the menu that opens, click on My Drive and then My Computer. Under this menu Click on My Files & Folders.
3. Right Click on the folder you want to download.
4. Click on download.

Restoring E-mail Files #

1. Go to login.narbulut.com on your computer or mobile device.
2. Click on icon at the top left. In the menu that opens, click on My Drive and then My Computer. Under this menu Click on E-mail Files.
3. Right Click on PST file you want to download.
4. Click on download.

Restoring Databases #

1. Go to login.narbulut.com on your computer or mobile device.
2. Click on icon at the top left. In the menu that opens, click on My Drive and then My Computer. Under this menu click on My Databases.
3. Right Click on database you want to restore.
4. Click on download.
