Narbulut Backup Now Agent Setup Guide
1. Downloading the Installation File
You can access the installation file of Narbulut Backup Now agent on www.login.narbulut.com from the “My Installation Files” menu in the left menu after logging in with your username and password. You can download the file using the “Download” button next to the file or copy the download link by clicking the “Copy Download Link” button.
2. Running The Setup File
Run the setup file you downloaded to start the installation process. After reading the Narbulut Backup Now License Agreement, check the “I accept the terms of the License Agreement” checkbox and click the “Install” button to continue the installation.
The installation process will begin.
After the installation process is complete, you can choose whether Narbulut Backup Now will work immediately after the installation wizard closes by using the “Run Narbulut Backup Now user interface” option on the screen that appears. Then you can exit the installation wizard by clicking the “Finish” button.
3. Running the Agent for The First Time
When you open the agent for the first time, you will see a login screen where you need to enter your credentials same as web panel. Enter the information requested on this screen to continue the installation. (If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the “Forgot Password” option, type the e-mail address, then click on the “Reset Password” button to send a password reset e-mail to the e-mail address entered.) After entering the information, click the “Sign In” button.
In the next step, select the installation type. (If there is no previous installation with the login information you entered, the installation type is automatically selected as “Installation From Scratch“.)
After the necessary configurations are made automatically, the installation is completed. Then you will be greeted by the “Folder Management” menu.
