With Narbulut Backup Now, you can create different backup policies specific to user groups and manage the backups of all your devices.  

Policy Making #

With Narbulut Backup Now, you can limit the file sizes to be backed up and define black/white lists according to file extensions. You can enter the directory path to be backed up remotely and set working hours. You can create password protection for agent management and adjust bandwidth settings.

Limitation of files to backup #

1. On your computer or mobile device login.narbulut.com adresine gidin.
2. Click on the user profile in the top right and

   

   Executive Switch to your account.

   Click the icon. In the menu that opens, Backup Now ve PolitikalarClick .

4. 

   Click the Add button.
5. There should be only one file backed up “Maximum File Size” Select . (Maximum 20GB)
6. The file extensions you want to be backed up, “Extension Limitation” nı “Allowed File Types”, select it from the “Extensions List” and save the policy.
7. You want to apply the policy you created. to user groups ekleyin.

**Notes: Select “Extension Restriction” as “Prohibited File Types” for the file extensions you do not want backed up.

Remote folder backup #

1. On your computer or mobile device login.narbulut.com adresine gidin.
2. Click on the user profile in the top right and

   Click the Add button.
5. Enter the folders you want to back up into the directory path. Press enter for multiple directory paths.

 Defining a startup password for the Backup Now application #

5. Check the “Run Scheduler” option.
6. Click on the “Add Agent Runtime Interval” button. Select time range.

**Notes: If you do not want the application to run at the times you define, check the “Stop Timer” option.

 Backup bandwidth settings #

   Click the Add button.
5. Check the “Agent Bandwidth Settings” option.
6. Click “New Definition”. Enter the download, upload speed and time interval.

**Notes: Outside the time interval you define, the default upload and download speeds apply.
