You can back up your Outlook .pst files with Narbulut Backup Now. Either remotely from the web panel or from the application on the computer… Select the .pst files you want to back up. Restore whenever you need it. Your data backed up with Narbulut Backup Now is always up to date and safe.

Email Backup #

With Narbulut Backup Now, you can back up your Outlook .pst files and start the restore process whenever you need.

Email backup with Narbulut Backup Now application #

1. Open the Narbulut Backup Now application on your computer.
2. From the left menu, click

   

   Email Backup.
3. Select the PST files you want to backup from the list.
4. Click the

   

   Add button.

Manual email backup with Policy #

1. On your computer or mobile device, go to login.narbulut.com.
2. Click on the user profile in the top right and

   

   switch to an administrator account.
3. Click the

   

   icon in the top left. In the menu that opens, click Backup Now and then Policies.
4. Add a New Policy and check the “User Can Backup Outlook” option.
5. Set “Outlook Backup Method” to “Manual“.
6. Set “Outlook Backup Period” to a time suitable for the PST file size.
7. Add the policy you created to the desired user groups.

Automatic email backup with Policy #

1. On your computer or mobile device, go to login.narbulut.com.
2. Click on the user profile in the top right and

   

   switch to an administrator account.
3. Click the

   

   icon in the top left. In the menu that opens, click Backup Now and then Policies.
4. Add a New Policy and check the “User Can Backup Outlook” option.
5. Set “Outlook Backup Method” to “Automatic“.
6. Set “Outlook Backup Period” to a time suitable for the PST file size.
7. Add the policy you created to the desired user groups.

Notes:

1. If you chose the manual backup method, you need to select the PST files you want to back up in the “Email Backup” menu in the Backup Now application.
2. If you have selected the automatic backup method, the Backup Now application automatically backs up all PST files on your device.
3. You must have an administrator account to create a policy. Review the topics below to help you complete the policy.
