About the Application
Narbulut Add-on; It is an application developed for users using Narbulut Backup Now or nDocs Workspace applications to share their files faster via e-mail.
Key Features: • Create a download link for the file and folder you want • Automatically adding the created link to the e-mail content • Single point access to Backup Now and Workspace files • You do not need to have the Agent program installed on your computer to use the Outlook application.

Requirements: • Active Narbulut user account • Microsoft Outlook (desktop or web version) • Internet connection
Installation Steps
Accessing Outlook Settings
From your browserhttps://outlook.office.com/mail/Log in to .
in the upper right cornerSettingsClick the icon.
In the menu that opensView all Outlook settingsClick the button.
Enabling the Add-Ins Option
In the settings window that opensCustomize actionsGo to the tab.
Get Add-insCheck the option.
Close the window.
Add-In Installation
Open your desktop Outlook application.
Homein the tabGet Add-insClick the button.
In the window that opens, from the left menuMy add-insClick the tab.
At the bottom of the page+ Add a custom add-inClick the button.
From the menu that opensAdd from URL…Select the option.
Entering the Manifest URL
In the window that opens, enter this URL: https://outlook-addon.narbulut.com/manifest.xml OK Click the button.
Completing Installation
In the warning window that opensInstallClick the button. The installation process will be completed.
Use
Login to the System
In order to log in to the system, you must have active Narbulut user account information. After logging in to the system, you can share your files on both Backup Now and Workspace via e-mail.
File Sharing
Create a new email or reply to an existing email.

On first use, the system login screen will be displayed. Enter your login information.
After the login process, the Narbulut panel will open on the right side of the screen.
File Selection and Link Creation
All your files and folders in the Backup Now and nDocs Workspace environment are listed in this panel. next to the file or folder you want to share.ShareClick the button. A download link for the selected item is created and automatically added to the email content.
Visual Indicators

Search Feature
You can search by typing the file or folder name you want to share using the search box at the top of the panel.
